In the works The dust continues to fly as Legacy continues to grow. Lincoln Legacy One This 207,876 square foot 8-story office building located at the southeast intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Tennyson Parkway is currently under construction and will be available for occupancy in August 2006. Tenants will benefit from the immediate availability of restaurants and conference facilities at the nearby Marriott Hotel in Legacy Town Center. Children’s Medical Center Legacy continues to make huge strides in the construction efforts for their new facility in Legacy scheduled to open the doors in 2008.
